Valuation

A central aspect of every corporate transaction is the valuation of business and company shares. Valuations must also be carried out for tax and company law purposes as well as for many balance sheet issues.

Adapting the company valuation to individual needs and valuation occasions is the core of Aderhold's service. We carry out company valuations in accordance with professional guidelines (IDW S 1 in the 2008 version) and simplified relevant valuation methods (DCF, capitalised earnings value and multiplier methods).

We also value (intangible) assets within the scope of purchase price allocations.
