Dennis Bohusch advises his clients on all matters relating to company accounting and tax issues. He specializes in the voluntary and statutory auditing of individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS, the valuation of companies and tax advice for owner-managed companies and international group companies.

In addition, Dennis Bohusch carries out special audits and prepares individual and consolidated financial statements. His activities also include advising on the commercial and tax implementation of reorganizations.

Dennis Bohusch studied economics at the Mönchengladbach University of Applied Sciences. As a manager in the audit department of Ernst & Young Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Dennis Bohusch audited both medium-sized and large international groups for many years. Most recently, he worked as a senior manager and partner at the medium-sized law firm HSMV before founding the Düsseldorf office of Aderhold Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH together with Ralf Corterier.
