Jens Weber's main practice areas are the preparation of restructuring concepts according to IDW S 6 and their implementation as a restructuring trustee. In this context, Jens Weber also uses the instruments of restructuring and insolvency plans, i.e. he implements restructuring concepts for continuation in self-administered insolvency.
Furthermore, he assesses reasons for filing for insolvency and prepares certificates according to § 270d InsO and § 74 para. 2 sentence 2 StaRUG. The primary objective is always to achieve the best possible economic solution for the continuation of the company, taking into account the interests of all parties involved.
Jens Weber studied law and business administration at the universities of Münster and Paderborn. He passed the tax advisor and auditor exams while working in the Financial Services department of KPMG. Here he also worked in the legal department. After more than 20 years of working in restructuring at Schultze & Braun as well as at Baker Tilly (formerly Roelfs Partner), he moved to Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH as partner and location manager in spring 2022.
