Markus Nentwig provides comprehensive advice in the area of reorganisation and restructuring, both out of court (e.g. reorganisation reports according to IDW S6) and in business management support in insolvency as well as in restructuring matters according to StaRUG.

In addition, Mr Nentwig is responsible for the area of financial modelling and financial model audit for project financing. He accompanies projects in different phases, from financial model audits in the context of project awarding to the preparation or review of operating financial models and restructuring situations.

Markus Nentwig graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Technical University of Nuremberg and previously studied at the University of California, Riverside (USA) and the EUFH in Brühl. He began his professional career in 2014 at Baker Tilly, where he has already worked in the areas of turnaround and restructuring as well as in financial modelling for project financing. In 2021, Markus Nentwig successfully passed the auditor's examination. Mr Nentwig has been working for Aderhold since 2022.
