Ralf Corterier mainly deals with tax restructurings and transaction support. He has many years of experience in advising real estate companies, funds and project developers and has accompanied a large number of real estate investments of our clients. In addition, he is in charge of the tax structuring of the purchase and sale of companies and has experience in the private equity industry.

Ralf Corterier also works as an auditor for medium-sized, mostly owner-managed companies. He also advises his clients comprehensively on tax law.

Ralf Corterier studied business administration at the University of Cologne and has been a certified public accountant and tax consultant since 2003. After holding positions in larger advisory firms, he joined the medium-sized advisory firm HSMV as partner in 2011. He now manages the Düsseldorf office of Aderhold Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft together with his colleague Dennis Bohusch.
