Robin Rademacher's advisory services focus on reorganization and restructuring with a focus on the development and implementation of holistic restructuring concepts (including IDW S6), the preparation of going concern forecasts in accordance with IDW S11 and business management support within insolvency proceedings. He also has expertise in various issues relating to state aid law.

Mr. Rademacher completed his business studies with a Master of Science from the Technical University of Cologne. Prior to this, he completed his Bachelor's degree at the University of Cologne.

He started his professional career in 2019 in the Competence Center Restructuring at Baker Tilly. He joined Aderhold in spring 2022.
