On January 1, 2024, Aderhold Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft acquired a team of tax and audit specialists and opens a new office in Düsseldorf. The two new partners Ralf Corterier and Dennis Bohusch, together with a team of 14 employees, provide all traditional auditing and tax consulting services. The focus of their work is on tax structuring advice, in particular the restructuring of companies and support for corporate transactions. However, Mr. Corterier and Mr. Bohusch's team also provide traditional compliance services and represent tax interests in dealings with the tax authorities.
