Certificate according to § 270d InsO

The legislator has entitled § 270d InsO "Preparation of a reorganisation". This so-called protective shield procedure is intended to initiate a then still possible reorganisation in the insolvency in good time. Aderhold uses the standard of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW S9) as a basis in order to be able to use the opportunities of the protective procedure. The insolvency of the debtor company must be ruled out promptly and with legal certainty, and the prospect of reorganisation must be assessed roughly but reliably. This is where routine and experience are crucial. The Aderhold team has already issued numerous certificates, which have always led to the opening of protective shield proceedings.
