Insolvency Plan

An insolvency plan is a legal tool for implementing a business reorganisation concept. The company is restructured on the old legal entity. The insolvency plan usually involves interventions in creditors' rights (waiver, subordination) in order to reduce the company's debt and thus restore equity. Aderhold has prepared numerous insolvency plans in (self-administered) insolvency proceedings. Therefore, Aderhold can assist the shareholders in assessing the content of the insolvency plan and also in assessing the advantageousness of the financial restructuring measures proposed by creditors in order to reduce the company's debt.
